I’m seeing in the future, a yoga practice that your doctor prescribes for your condition. Imagine how we could change……from the sickest country to the healthiest. It would be normal for people to live beyond 100. Health care costs would dramatically reduce. It all starts with you. You will not recognize the full power of yoga if you just come once every so often.
Often, fathers or mothers will bring in their sons or daughters to yoga for a specific problem. That’s great, but the fathers and mothers need the yoga just as much, if not more than the younger generation. Do not wait until you have time. Do not wait until you have money. The sooner you start your yoga practice, the sooner you can begin to tackle some inherent problems that run in your family, and even reverse these diseases.
