Yoga can help immensely with poor circulation, but in particular inversions. My varicose veins have all but disappeared, thanks to inversions in the hammock. Poor circulation can lead to other serious problems, and it’s better to be proactive, than to wait for these problems to arise. Inversions can also help with rosacea or redness in the face. In fact, it’s pretty difficult for me to say something that hasn’t gotten better with the practice of aerial yoga in my life. My inner ear/sinus and motion sickness have all disappeared with aerial hammock.
